Privacy Policy

Effective July 25, 2026

Nurture ("we", "us") is a sales assistant that replies to prospect conversations and schedules meetings on behalf of its users. The service is operated at app.nurturepipeline.com. This policy explains what information we process, why we process it, and the choices you have. Questions and requests: contact us at nurture.conversion@gmail.com.

Information we collect

  • Account information — your name, email address, timezone, and preferences you configure in the app.
  • Connected-account data — when you connect a mailbox, calendar, conferencing, or messaging account (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, Zoom, or outreach tools), we access the data described below strictly to provide the features you enabled.
  • Prospect data processed on your behalf — names, contact addresses, and message content of the conversations you connect, so the assistant can draft replies and schedule meetings for you.

Google user data: what we access and how we use it

When you connect a Google account, Nurture requests only the scopes needed for the features you enable, and uses that data solely to provide those features to you:

  • Gmail (read, send, labels) — to read the prospect conversations you connect and send the replies the assistant drafts for you.
  • Google Calendar (events) — to check your availability, propose meeting times, and create, update, or cancel the meetings you book through the assistant.
  • Google Meet (meeting spaces) — to generate a Google Meet link for meetings the assistant books, so your calendar invitations include a video conferencing link.

Nurture's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not sell Google user data. Humans do not read this data except with your explicit permission, where necessary for security or to comply with the law, or when the data is aggregated and anonymised.

How data is processed and shared

We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers required to operate Nurture, each bound to use it solely to provide their service to us:

  • Messaging and calendar infrastructure (Unipile, Nango) — hold the OAuth tokens for your connected accounts and relay API calls to Google, Microsoft, and the messaging providers.
  • AI processing (Anthropic) — the content of connected conversations is processed by a large language model to classify messages and draft replies. This data is not used to train AI models.
  • Hosting (Laravel Cloud) — application and database hosting, encrypted in transit.

Retention and deletion

  • Disconnecting an integration in the app immediately revokes Nurture's access to that account and deletes the stored connection.
  • You can also revoke Nurture's access at any time from your Google Account security settings.
  • To delete your account and all associated data, email nurture.conversion@gmail.com — we complete deletion requests within 30 days.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS). OAuth tokens are stored by our authentication infrastructure providers and are never exposed to your browser. Access to production systems is restricted and audited.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and note the new effective date above. Continued use of Nurture after a change means you accept the updated policy.
